DriveMyCar Rentals offers low rates, only through the internet, on every car rental reservation made through www.drivemycarrentals.com.au

If you find a rate lower than the best available DriveMyCar Rentals Internet rate on another web site for the same car on the same dates and advise us within 24 hours of booking your car with us, we will honour that rates for the car booking for which the lower rate was found and refund you the difference.

We guarantee that you get low rates on DriveMyCar Rentals.

To claim this guarantee, you must send an email to our customer service support centre and include the following details:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your booking ID with DriveMyCar Rentals
  3. The website where you found the cheaper rate(s)
  4. The rate(s) provided by that website

Terms and Conditions

  1. The lower rate must be for the same car model and make, same location and on the same date(s) available for booking from another website that provides car hire services for reservation.
  2. Drive My Car Rentals must be contacted about the lower rate within 24 hours of booking.
  3. You must have a confirmed booking from Drive My Car Rentals.
  4. Guarantee does not apply to special events such as New Year's Eve and other major city-specific events and festivals.
  5. Guarantee does not include web sites or rates that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel, car and/or food components, such as: air fare + hotel stay, hotel stay + car rental, hotel stay + restaurant voucher, or similar packages.
  6. Guarantee does not include rates that have been negotiated with corporations or travel agencies; only publicly available rates apply.

  2. What is the turnaround time for adjustment if I found a lower rate?
    • One of our Customer Service representatives will email or call you with confirmation on the new rate within 1 business day.
  3. How will I receive my refund?
    • We will make the refund directly to the credit card provided at the time of your booking. The refund will usually appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 business days.
