You will be covered by our comprehensive insurance policy backed by an APRA Approved Insurer when renting out your car through DriverMyCar Rentals.

- Register
- Search for a Car by make - model - location
- Register online
- Get a quote online and send booking request(s)
- Make as many Booking Requests as you want (Your credit card is only charged on confirmation)
- Booking notification will be sent by email and SMS to Car Owner, Bookings are generally approved within 24 to 48 hours
- Handover of Vehicle:
- Once Car Owner approves your Booking, DMCR will charge your credit card a 16.5% DriveMyCar fee
- You will receive your DMCR Agreement For Use of motor Vehicle via email
- Complete the DMCR Agreement For Use of motor Vehicle Terms & Conditions prior to vehicle handover
- Contact Car Owner to arrange location and time for vehicle handover
- Rental Payments
- DMCR will charge your credit card for our DriveMyCar Fee, Insurance & Roadside Assistant, Carbon Offset Fee
DriveMyCar Rentals cares about the environment and is proud to work with Carbon Neutral. Credits which will 100% off-set your environmental impact but also provides invest fund projects such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste management or reforestation. For more information, click here (Optional) and Excess Reduction Fee (Optional). The Owner’s rate is paid directly to the Car Owner at the time of vehicle handover. The breakdown of these costs are outlined on the front page of the DMCR Agreement For Use of Motor Vehicle.
